Expect substantial delays in actual closing: people in line at official time of closing (should be) qualified to vote; some estimate those lines could take two hours or more to clear.
If you wish to vote with shorter (or no) wait times, we recommend voting before 4 p.m. your local time, before folks are voting as they come home from work.
